SUMMER/Winter TIPS: 2025
1. Bathing caps for all swimmer are recommended.
2. NO SUNSCREEN
3. Large workout cloths work best after swim. Zipper jacket or Bath rob.
4. Parents are permitted to stay on the pool side deck during the winter and must remain quite, no food in pool enclosure. If your child needs assistance the instructor will call on you.
In order to keep the number of kids taking lessons we must take care of the pool water clarity to be safe.
SAFETY TIPS for WINTER:
1. Allow yourself get 15 minutes of sun light for the winter blues
2. Wear a hat a and coat when you leave the pool.
3. EAR PLUGS: If you use the putty earplugs they should only be used once and put in the trash after swimming due to bacteria that will develop in the case and than you create a home in your ear with the ear getting infected.. Pressure in the ear cavity someone's is worse than actually just letting the water enter and exit naturally. Based on my experience. Using peroxide and alcohol after swimming does help. Dry with a hair dryer can be used to completely dry the ear cavity.
